I am driven by the idea of enabling sustainable impact. That is why I support organizations in strengthening their structures, making clear decisions and successfully implementing their goals in the long term. <\/p>

I studied in Bayreuth, Madrid and Lausanne and worked as a product manager, auditor and in different management positions. I worked internationally for more than ten years – including as CFO and CEO. I have built teams, implemented strategies and led organizations through challenging phases of growth and change. <\/p>

For me, good collaboration is based on trust, clarity and responsibility.
