I am driven by the idea of enabling sustainable impact. That is why I support organizations in strengthening their structures, making clear decisions and successfully implementing their goals in the long term.

I studied in Bayreuth, Madrid and Lausanne and worked as a product manager, auditor and in different management positions. I worked internationally for more than ten years – including as CFO and CEO. I have built teams, implemented strategies and led organizations through challenging phases of growth and change.

For me, good collaboration is based on trust, clarity and responsibility. It is precisely these values that characterize my work – as well as the aspiration to develop solutions that not only work in the short term, but also have a long-term impact.
